Great product! Great brand!
"Bought as a Xmas present for my dad. We love Quicksilver always great quality. Just disheartening my first point of call for my Christmas shopping at 9. 30am this happened in store by a shop attendant. I was told very loudly and very rudely that I was an a unhappy person and she was there to make customers happy and I was not happy and then she stormed out the back of the shop. I was only enquiring about product information on thongs and her reaction was not warranted and at first thing in the morning was upsetting to me. For some reason my order was then mucked up I was sent a bag of socks instead of my shirt that I ordered. It then took me another three phone calls to the shop to find my order. It took four weeks to order and receive one item. There is only one surf shop in town so now when I enter the store I can clearly see and feel the staff notice me snigger laugh secretly chat about my presence when shopping it’s just a horrible feeling and I don’t deserve to be treated or feel like that when I did nothing wrong. I’m sure the attendant told other staff members it was my fault for her very loud rude reaction. I remember the transaction very clearly and if that’s the service you get when asking questions about products how are customers ment to shop and maybe that attendant shouldn’t work with the public."
