Points shown in marketing emails can sometimes reflect a snapshot from before your most recent activity. Log into your account for your live balance. If the gap seems larger than expected, contact us with your email address and we'll look into it.

Yes. If your membership wasn't linked at the time of purchase, you can claim those points by sending us a photo of your receipt and your account email address. Our team will add the points manually, usually within 2 business days.

Birthday rewards are sent via email on your birthday. Check your junk/spam folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us with your details and account email and we'll investigate. Note: birthday rewards expire 30 days from date received.
