If you receive merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, simply return it to us within 21 days, in the condition that you received it and we will happily refund you the cost of the product(s)*. Unfortunately, we're unable to process exchanges through our online store. To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing a new order for the item you would like to purchase, and returning your existing merchandise for a full refund to our online warehouse using the process above.
Returns must be in as new condition with tags attached unless faulty.
Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturer's warranty.
Swimwear can be returned if it is unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and protection stickers attached. Please note that all swimwear that is sold in a set must be returned in a set.
We recommend sending returns via registered post as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.
Refunds on full price items must be made within 21 days from date of purchase.
ONLINE RETURNS PROCESS
If you are not satisfied with your online purchase you may return items within 21 days of the shipping date. Please follow the simple steps below:
- Send a copy of your invoice or order confirmation back with the unwanted goods.
- Highlight or circle the items you would like to return.
- Pack all items you wish to return along with your paperwork in secure packaging or reuse the original packaging. Please ensure that all boxed items are securely enclosed in a satchel as we are not able to accept them if damaged.
- Attend your local Post Office and send to the returns address:

For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest using insured registered post as we are not liable for lost return parcels. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to receive your merchandise.
- Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 48 hours to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. To keep you informed, we will email you confirmation of your refund, and how it is being processed to your original form of payment. In most cases, refunds should hit your account within 1-5 business days.

We accept returns and exchanges at any one of our stores nationwide. If you would prefer to return your purchase to a store, please bring a copy of your order confirmation email, order invoice and ensure all items are in an original, un-worn condition with tags. - Online orders purchased using paypal or Afterpay cannot be returned in store and must be returned via mail.

FAULTY, DAMAGED & INCORRECT PRODUCT RETURNS
If any of the items in your order were faulty or damaged please contact our customer service team to arrange a return postage label.
RETURNS, WARRANTIES & CONDITIONS
In to your legal rights, we allow a refund or exchange for all goods (excluding promotional goods) returned within 14 days of purchase if the goods (including all tags, labels and packaging), are unused, unworn and undamaged provided you have proof of purchase and have complied with the conditions of sale. If goods are purchase November, we will allow a refund or exchange of those goods if returned by 19 January the following year if the goods (including all tags, labels and packaging), are unused, unworn and undamaged provided you have proof of purchase and have complied with the conditions of sale.
Some of our goods come with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer against defects. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. We will assess a warranty claim in accordance with your legal rights, upon receipt of a proof of purchase and inspection of the returned good.

Returns made instore will be processed via original form of payment. The exception will be if you have paid with PayPal or Afterpay payment methods. If you used PayPal or Afterfay, you will be refunded in the form of an SDS Gift Card for the equivalent value. Alternatively, we can send your return on your behalf to the online returns warehouse for processing, where you will be directly refunded to your PayPal or Afterpay account from the online returns warehouse. Please allow up to two business days from the time the return is received for the refund to be processed.
It is a condition of sale that goods are not resold for commercial purposes and that goods are returned to the country from which they were purchased.

If notified before goods have been dispatched, we can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been shipped, we reserve the right to refuse order cancellation or charge a cancellation fee should we be able to request the return of the package from our delivery service.
