- if you fail to make payment,afterpay will change a $10 late free
- a further $7 late fee will be charged by afterpay 7 days later
CHRISTMAS RETURN PERIOD
We will be accepting returns on any purchases made between 1st November 2021 - 25th December 2021 until 26th January 2022. Returns will be accepted provided the goods include all tags, labels and packaging, are unused, unworn and undamaged, proof of purchase is supplied, and you have complied with the conditions of sale.
We understand you'd like to hide the prices on your gifts however, we cannot accept returns if the price tag has been tampered with or removed, so be sure to keep all the price tags in tact!
Additionally, if you had a promotional item in the order you're returning, you must also return the promotional item along with the items you wish to return in order to be refunded.
Returns that do meet the above will be returned to sender (RTS) and no refund will be processed so be sure to read and follow the return guidelines provided above.
Please note, we're currently unable to process exchanges through our online store. To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing a new order for the item you would like to purchase, and returning your existing merchandise for a full refund to our online warehouse.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFO
Surf Dive 'n Ski is pleased to offer free Australian delivery on all orders over $50 using Star Track Premium.
For orders under $50, we charge a $9.99 flat-rate for delivery using Star Track Premium unless we are running a free shipping promotion. During these promotions, the offer free Australian delivery will apply on all orders over and under $50
Star Track Premium is a no signature required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. If your parcel is lost or misplaced, we will happily replace the order pending an investigation. Please contact our customer service department if your order has not been received within the recommended timeframe. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe, we recommend shipping your order to an alternate address, such as your workplace.
BULKY ITEM SHIPPING
A flat rate of $19.99 shipping surcharge will be applied to all bulky items. Bulky items include skateboards, travel bags and surfboard bags.
Unfortunately Surf Dive 'n Ski does not offer overseas shipping at this time. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE GOODS
The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Surf Dive 'n Ski cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order.
Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalized, please contact Customer Service through CustomerService@sds.com.au immediately.
Surf Dive 'n Ski will attempt to update any incorrect order details. However due to the fast turnaround of our warehouse, some orders cannot be adjusted. In the case that your order is processed and cannot be updated, please refer to our returns and exchange section for more information.
