
For DHL orders placed before 2:00pm AEST orders should be received within 1-3 business days.
DHL requires a signature on delivery, so if you will not be home during standard delivery hours (9am to 5pm) we recommend shipping to your work address. Please ensure you include the company or business name when shipping to a work address.
If you are not home to sign for your delivery, the driver will leave a card to arrange a more appropriate delivery time. In most cases the driver will attempt to deliver the parcel on three separate occasions and if delivery is unsuccessful the order is normally returned. Surf Dive 'n' Ski takes no responsibility for this practice and any returned orders will incur a A$9.99 service fee to be shipped again.
Some heavy/bulky items will be charged at a higher shipping rate. In most cases the prices quoted at Checkout will be correct, but in some cases additional freight charges may be required. Our Customer Service team will contact you if this is the case and the order will not be shipped unless you agree to these extra freight charges.
Heavy/ bulky orders can sometimes take 1-2 days extra for delivery so please allow for this. Surf Dive 'n Ski reserves the right to change the shipping method of any order as required.
International Post is to be used for heavy or bulky orders that are unable to fit in a DHL satchel. These orders may be charged at a different rate. We will advise of any additional charges prior to shipping.
This shipping method is non-trackable and will be delivered through NZ Post. Delivery usually takes 2-7 business days.
Heavy or bulky items include: Travel Bags, Skateboards (completes), Surfboard Travel Covers and Bodyboards. Please note we do not ship surfboards, solid racks or bicycles to NZ. (For further info please contact CustomerService@boardsportsretail.com.au)
Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Surf Dive 'n' Ski do not have any control over these charges and we are unable to advise exactly what they will be, as it is based on New Zealand's regulations & compliances. For further information, please visit www.customs.govt.nz or contact your local customs office.
All customs charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Surf Dive 'n' Ski will never pay these charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned and Surf Dive 'n' Ski will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a 'gift' in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.
