New Zealand - Free for orders over $30

DHL

For orders placed before 1:30pm AEST orders should be received within 1-3 business days.

DHL orders are sent a tracking number with Shipping Confirmation email. Some bulky orders will be shipped via Air Mail and this is a non-trackable service.

All shipping subject to weight and volume. Some items may be charged at a different rate.

Some orders may incur a customs or import duty charge. Surf Dive 'n' Ski do not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. We suggest splitting larger orders over NZD$344 into separate smaller orders to avoid being charged these import taxes. Customs and Duty Charges

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Surf Dive 'n' Ski cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Surf Dive 'n' Ski will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.

 

 

Bulky Item Shipping

Bulky/Heavy items will be charged at a higher shipping rate. Please check the details below for shipping rates to your country. Bulky/Heavy orders may be shipped via Air Mail which is a non-trackable service.


Bulky items include: Complete skateboards and cruisers, travel bags, cabin bags, bodyboards and bodyboard packages, surfboard covers, snowboard bags and boots.


Zone 1 - $39.99 | Zone 2 - $49.99 | Zone 3 - $59.99


Heavy items include: Multi surfboard travel covers, surf racks.


Zone 1 - 99.99 | Zone 2 - $99.99 | Zone 3 - $99.99


Some orders may need to be charged a custom shipping rate. This will be quoted to you before your order is shipped.


As most deliveries are made Monday to Friday, we suggest using your work address for the order.


PLEASE NOTE: Surfboards, Bicycles and Solid Racks cannot be shipped Internationally. Bodyboards and bodyboard packages can only be shipped to New Zealand.
