Express Shipping - (no signature required)

Free for orders over $10! ($9.99 for orders under $10)

Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST in Metro areas should be received between 1-3 business days. Rural areas should take no more than 5 business days.

Express Shipping is a no signature required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, Surf Dive 'n' Ski takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If this method is chosen and your parcel is lost, Surf Dive 'n' Ski will happily replace the order pending an investigation with the courier company. Please contact our customer service department if your order has not has not been received within the recommended timeframe. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend choosing Regular Shipping where a signature is required.

Express Shipping is not valid for bulky and heavy (over 5kg) orders. In these cases your order will be shipped via Bulky Shipping (see below). This includes some Travel Bags, Large Surfboard Racks, Multi Surfboard Travel Covers, Bodyboards, Surfboards and Softboards.

We will do everything possible to ship your order through your selected shipping method, but certain factors such as order size, weight and shipping address may require us to ship via another method. Surf Dive 'n' Ski reserves the right to change the shipping method in these cases and we will provide tracking details for the new carrier once shipped.

 

Regular Shipping - (signature required)

Free for orders over $10! ($9.99 for orders under $10)

Regular Shipping orders placed before 2:00pm AEST will be received within 1-5 business days. This service can take longer to some rural areas. If you are not present to accept your delivery, a card will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected. This information can also be viewed by clicking the Track Your Order link in your shipping confirmation email.

All orders are subject to weight & volume restrictions. Some bulky orders may be charged a higher shipping rate and cannot be shipped express. For pricing details on bulky deliveries please see the table below.

Great rates for large and heavy items

Some items and orders will have a higher shipping fee which will be charged at Checkout. This includes some Travel Bags, Large Surfboard Racks, Multi Surfboard Travel Covers, Bodyboards, Surfboards and Softboards. Shipping fees are charged based on the size and weight of the order. Standard surfboards and bikes are $49.99 to anywhere in Australia.

Bulky Shipping delivery time is 1-7 days to metro or 7-14 days to regional areas.

Shipping Special Instructions Courier

The special instructions box on the delivery page of the checkout is used for any instructions to help the driver make delivery of your order (e.g. “Last house at end of driveway”, “Office hours 9-5”). Drivers are unable to grant specific requests such as“Deliver between 1-2pm” or “Leave parcel in garden shed”. Surf Dive 'n' Ski cannot be held responsible if your instructions are not followed, nor can we complete any promo code requests entered in this field.
